Cloudy sky to dominate in Baku along with precipitation in some areas in Baku and Absheron peninsula on Feb. 22, forecasts the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Interruptedly intensifying northern wind will relent in the second half of the day. The temperature will be +2-4C at night and +6-8C in the noon.
Snow is expected to come back to Azerbaijani regions, mountainous and foothills ones, in particular. Some other regions to have rainy day. Soft western wind to waft. The temperature will be from +1-6C at night and +8-13 in the afternoon, while from -3C to +2 C in mountains at night and +0-5C in the noon.
