The traffic will be limited on several Baku streets and roads due to holiday celebrations.
 
The Traffic Police Department reported.
 
The movement of vehciles from 14th km of the Baku-Astara highway towards the Bayil settlement and central streets of the city, from the intersection of Yusif Safarov and Afiyaddin Jalilov streets to Javanshir bridge and Uzeyir Hajibeyli street, towards Azadlig avenue, Zarifa Aliyeva, Rasul Rza and and Azneft square, from the crossroad of Mikayil Mushvig street and third ring highway (next to car mall) in direction to Parliament avenue and Badamdar settlement will be completely limited and changed from 18:00 on December 31.
 
As well as, the traffic will be changed along the National Seaside Park on Neftchiler avenue and streets crossing it.
 
The purpose of the aforementioned action is to provide safety for the people who wants to attend the holiday events at the boulevard and prevent dense traffic, congestion and traffic accidents.
 
The department calls population to reduce the use of personal transports during holiday days.

It was also reported that the traffic pollice will have an intensified work schedule from December 31 to January 7.
