10 March 2010 [11:19] - Today.Az
On March 6, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed amendments to the Law on International Treaties approved by the National Assembly (Parliament).

The new law provides for termination and suspension of signing and ratification of international treaties in Armenia at any stage before the process is completed.

According to analysts, the new amendments are made against Armenia-Turkey Protocols, so that the authorities can reject the Protocols after their ratification in case Turkey fails to ratify them.
