Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kazakh Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev laid the foundation of the Tesla Park multifunctional residential complex in Astana, Kazakh media reported. "Today I together with president of Serbia laid the foundation stone of the first major business project in Kazakhstan. Within this project, it will be necessary to build social infrastructure – hospitals, schools and kindergartens," Sagintayev said at the Kazakhstan-Serbia business forum in Astana. The new residential complex will be located on an area of 61 hectares. The estimated volume of investment will be about $500 million, and the planned construction period is 2018-2023. "Serbian businessmen can now work out issues within the framework of public-private partnership, take on certain social projects in order to start construction of social facilities together with the construction of residential buildings," the Kazakh PM noted.
