The militants of Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) have blown up two bridges in Turkey’s Mus province, Milliyet newspaper reported July 28.

They were the main bridges on the highway connecting the provinces of Mus and Diyarbakir.

Earlier, terrorists opened fire on the car of the chief of the Mus province’s gendarmerie, Major Aslan Kulaksiz.

He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died from severe wounds.
