Following the meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Council, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian, TRT Haber TV channel reported.

Yerevan is hosting the meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Council today.

Ahmet Davutoglu, who paid a visit to Yerevan, said that Ankara supports the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia and Turkey is ready to take all steps for the normalization of these relations.

Ankara attaches special importance to the normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations, but it is possible only after the liberation of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, according to the Turkish foreign minister.
