President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev yesterday sent a congratulatory letter to Almu'tasimu Billahi Muhibbuddin Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Badlishah on his election as Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia.
The President praises Azerbaijan-Malaysia relationship in the letter. The Head of State expresses hope that friendly and cooperative ties between Azerbaijan and Malaysia will contribute to the welfare of the two countries` peoples. President Aliyev wished Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia robust health, happiness and successes in his activities for the welfare of the Malaysian people.
