Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian met with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs and the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office in Vilnius on Dec.4.
As Mediamax reported, the meeting discussed the possibility of issuing a joint statement within the OSCE member states' foreign ministers' meeting in Lithuania, which will kick off today.
