The 3rd All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress wrapped up on Friday in Moscow. Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Chair of Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia Leyla Aliyeva, President of All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress Mammad Aliyev, entrepreneurs Aras Agalarov, Vagit Alekperov, Abbas Abbasov, Farhad Akhmedov, a political scientist Ismail Agakishiev were elected members of the Presidium of the Central Council of All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress.
