President of Bulgaria Georgi Parvanov has today visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Heydar Aliyev, national leader of Azerbaijan.
He also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
