Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk arrived in the Armenian-occupied Nagorno Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
Kasprzyk met with the leader of Nagorno Karabakh separatists Bako Saakyan on Wednesday. They discussed the current situation in the frontline and the latest developments, Armenian news agencies reported.
