President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order to give individual allowances of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to culture figures, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
Under the presidential Order, Vagif Hasanov and Ogtay Rajabov were honored for their contribution to developing culture in Azerbaijan.
