hosted an official reception in honor of Swiss President
Micheline Calmy-Rey. The presidents made speeches at the
reception.

delegations.

Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Micheline Calmy-Rey of Switzerland have today met in private.
They stressed bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Switzerland were developing successfully. The Presidents noted the two countries have ample opportunities to develop economic and energy fields.
The parties also expressed confidence bilateral relations between the countries would continue to strengthen.
