Cuban Culture Minister Abel Prieto will pay a visit to Azerbaijan and attend a forum on world cross-culturel dialogue to be held here on April 7-9, the embassy of Cuba said.
The Minister will have a few meetings and discuss Azerbaijan`s hosting Cuban Culture Days.
