On Feb.21, the Armenian armed forces opened fire from positions outside the Gizil Oba village in the Tartar region at 19.00-19.10, from positions in the nameless heights in the Fizuli region at 9.30-9.45, from positions outside the Javahirli village in the Agdam region at 21.30-21.40, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No casualties were reported.
