Azerbaijan's Ministry of National Security commented on the statement disseminated by the U.S. State Department about the terrorist threat in Azerbaijan.
The country takes all necessary measures to prevent threats to the national security and interests of the country, the Head of Public Affairs Center of the National Security Ministry Arif Babayev told Trend.
The U.S. State Department warns Americans about the terrorist threat in Azerbaijan and calls for U.S. citizens to be careful in this country, the statement posted on the website of the U.S State Department said.
He said that the relevant bodies of Azerbaijan, including the Ministry of National Security control the situation.
