In accordance with the mandate of special envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, on January 19 the OSCE mission conducted a monitoring on troops contact line at Ashaghi Veysalli village of Khojavend region. No conflict was registered during the monitoring.
According to Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry, the monitoring was held by OSCE Office Coordinator Imre Palatinus and field assistant Hristo Hristov. From the opposite area the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and his field assistants Antal Herdich, Jaslan Nurtazin and William Pryor.
