President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze on Tuesday.
Vashadze conveyed Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili`s greetings to the Head of State. They stressed relations between the countries were developing in political, economical and other fields.
The parties underlined Azerbaijan and Georgia successfully cooperate in energy sector.
During the conversation, they exchanged views on bilateral, regional and international issues.
President Ilham Aliyev asked Vashadze to pass on his greetings to Georgian leader Mikheil Saakashvili.
