The Azerbaijani Parliament congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the New Year, and the Day of World Azerbaijanis' Solidarity.
At its meeting on Thursday, parliament issued an appeal to people in connection with the upcoming holidays. Azerbaijani Parliament's Deputy Speaker, Bahar Muradova, reads the appeal.
