Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade met visiting Director General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Bureau Edouard Dayan on December 1.
Rasizade recalled Dayan`s Azerbaijan trip in 2005, saying “Baku has rapidly developed within these 5 years”.
Dayan, in turn, praised Azerbaijan`s all-round development, including in the sphere of information-communication technologies.
Dayan briefed the Premier on the activity of the UPU.
