President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Romanian counterpart Traian Basescu as his country is celebrating its national holiday, Great Union Day.
The letter says: “Today relations between Azerbaijan and Romania are dynamically and comprehensively developing. Our friendly countries are expanding the scope of cooperation both in a bilateral and multilateral format”.
President Ilham Aliyev wished Traian Basescu robust health and successes in his activities, and the friendly people of Romania peace and prosperity.
