Azerbaijan`s ombudswoman Elmira Suleymanova today has met ambassador of Germany to Baku Herbert Quelle.Suleymanova gave information about efforts of the Ombudsperson`s Office towards protection of human rights. She stressed importance of cooperation with Germany`s respective institutions in this field.
The Ombudsperson raised awareness of the ambassador about implementation of National Action Plan on Protection of Human Rights. The German diplomat praised the current level of bilateral cooperation with Azerbaijan. Quellen also hailed Azerbaijan`s efforts concerning European integration.
