Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, AzerTAc state news agency reported.
"The news on heavy loss of life as a result of accident in Dnepropetrovsk province was a source of great sorrow to me. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead, and wish the injured soonest recovery," said the letter of condolence.
