PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteurs for Azerbaijan Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramount will visit Azerbaijan on November 5.
According to the Milli Majlis committee on international relations and interparliamentary ties, the aim of the visit is to monitor upcoming parliamentary elections to be held on November 7. The visit will end on November 9.
