Today, Azerbaijani Parliament has started discussions over draft 2011 state budget in a plenary session. Azerbaijani PM Artur Rasizadeh and other representatives of the government attended the session.
According to speaker of Milli Majlis Ogtay Asadov the world crisis has been taken into account when the budget project was drafted. He says that the growth in income and expenditure of state budget was planned to be 4-5%, in te budget of Social Protection Fund be 12%.
In turn, Ziyad Samedzadeh, the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy spoke about the budget, at the meeting.
Minister of Finance Samir Sharfov informed about the parameters of the budget. Thus, the budget incomes is forecasted to be AZN 12 061 mln and the expenditure to be AZN 12 748 mln. Base price of oil for a barrel planned to be $ 60. Income of consolidated budget is forecasted to be AZN 15 558 mln, expenditure AZN 15 129 mln. The income and expenditure of Nakhchivan AR is forecasted AZN 393 mln.
