The Former President of Latvia, UN Secretary General's Special Envoy, European Union Long-Term Development Program Co-Chair, Vaira Vike-Freiberga, will visit Azerbaijan Sept. 11-19.
During the visit, Freiberga will hold official meetings and deliver reports at the Azerbaijani high schools, as well as take part in the celebration of 125th anniversary of prominent Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyov.
