On July 28, Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani troops located in Ashagi Askipara village of Gazakh region from areas in Voskepar village of Armenia's Noyemberyan region at 15:00-15:10, according to the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No casualities were reported.
