An expert of the International Committee of the Red Cross Glen Gilbertson will conduct trainings on international humanitarian law for interior troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The trainings on human rights and humanitarian law will be attended by 25 people.
It is the first time that ICRC conducts training on such a topic.
