The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved Rules of Doctorate Founding and Admission. It signed resolution No. 129, which reads that the rules are approved to implement Part 1.15 of Decree No. 156 signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 5, 2009 for the execution of the Education Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Cabinet sources told APA. The resolution comes becomes active from the date of signing.
