Baku and Caspian littoral bishop Alexander is going to formally refute the information about his visit to Nagorno-Karabakh.
"I've never been in Nagorno-Karabakh and haven't take part in laying the foundations of the church and now I am in Makhachkala," bishop Alexander said refuting information of the Russian media outlets about his visit to Nagorno Karabakh.
On June 18, foundation stone laying ceremony of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin held in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Baku and Caspian littoral bishop Alexander sanctified the foundation stone and worship the cross on the construction site of the church, acording to Interfax.
