President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Iran's Minister
of Internal Affairs Mostafa Mohammad Najjar and his accompanying
delegation.
The Head of State underlined Azerbaijan-Iran bilateral
relationship is successfully developing. The President expressed
assurance Iranian Interior Minister's visit to Azerbaijan would be
successful and give a kick-start to friendly and brother relations
between the two countries. The Azerbaijani leader noted Iran-Azerbaijan
bilateral ties would continue to strengthen.
Minister Najjar offered President Mahmoud Ahmedinejat's greetings to the Azerbaijani leader.
The
Interior Minister said Iranian delegation`s including governors of four
provinces sharing border with Azerbaijan is the manifestation of
visit`s importance. The Head of State asked the Minister to pass on his greetings to President of Iran.
