Embassy of the Czech Republic to Azerbaijan inaugurated the Department of Consular Affairs, responsible for issuing Schengen visa and other travel documents.
Applications for short-stay Schengen visas will be accepted daily between 9.30 and 12.00 except Wednesday, and for long-stay Schengen visas - on Tuesday between 14.00 and 16.00.
Applications should be submitted by applicants personally at the following address: 44 J. Jabbarly Street, Caspian Plaza Business Center.
Embassy of the Czech Republic has started functioning in Azerbaijan on March 1, 2010 with the Ambassador Mr. Radek Matula.
