President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Thomas Hammarberg, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights on March 2.
They exchanged views on a number of issues, including human rights and settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
