First Vice Prime Minister of Russia Igor Shuvalov will make a visit to Baku on March 3, a senior diplomatic source said.
According to the source, due to Russia's chairmanship to CIS this year, the priorities of CIS in 2010 will be discussed during Shuvalov's visit.
