The European Court of Human Rights will pass one more decision on Azerbaijan on Feb. 11.
This case concerns the Azerbaijani authorities’ failure to enforce a judgment in the applicant’s favour in which an internally displaced family was to be evicted from a flat for which the applicant had been granted occupancy rights.
The applicant relies on Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing), Article 13 (right to an effective remedy) and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (protection of property).
