Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order to
appoint Elkhan Jahangir Gahramanov Azerbaijan’s ambassador
extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the United Arab Emirates.
Under another order of the president, diplomatic rank of
ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary has been conferred on
Gahramanov.
