President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan is paying a working visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of his Bulgarian counterpart Georgi Purvanov, the Bulgarian Presidency Press Secretariat said.
The two heads of state will have a meeting and will give a joint news conference, Bulgarian news agency (BTA) reported.
