“A visit by ruling New Azerbaijan Party delegation to Brussels was success.”
“The New Azerbaijan Party and European People’s Party exchanged views during the visit,” said Asaf Hajiyev, member of Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (parliament) and member of NAP delegation who recently visited Brussels.
He said NAP membership with the European People’s Party was discussed at the meeting, he said.
European People’s Party composes 71 parties from 39 countries,” he said.
Hajiyev said that the EPP is interested in cooperation with the NAP.
"Interest in collaboration with the NAP emphasizes once again that our country professes European values. Respect for human rights and democracy is the ultimate goal of the state,” he said.
