Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will discuss the bilateral and regional perspectives of the Azerbaijan-Iran cooperation in Tehran.
The Minister is expected to visit Iran after the Ramadan Holiday, the Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Muhammadbaghir Bahrami told reporters.
Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Iran Elmar Mammadyarov and Manouchehr Mottaki agreed on the visit over the telephone conversation, the ambassador said.
In Tehran, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister is expected to discuss the countries' cooperation in the energy sector along with political issues.
