The Central Electoral Commission of Azerbaijan has registered 420 observers from OSCE ODIHR.
These observers will watch the presidential elections in Azerbaijan, to be held on October 15, reports Day.Az with reference to the independent press center under the Central Electoral Commission.
The representatives of the long-term observation mission is already in Azerbaijan. They are following the preparations for elections in different regions of the country.
