The Communist Party of Azerbaijan is holding meetings with voters due to the support of the candidate from the Yeni Azerbaijan ruling party at the presidential elections, said party chairman Rauf Gurbanov.
He noted that in line with a program, confirmed by the plenum of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan, the political structure holds meetings with voters.
"According to the Shamkir, Ganja, Nizami, Khatai district organizations, the meetings with voters are held on the high level. The meetings are planned to be organized in all the regions of Azerbaijan and will complete by the end of the agitation campaign.
The session of the party will be held on October 12 to hear the report of the representatives of regional organizations about the conducted work and the upcoming plans. The party also plans to hold zonal sessions in the regions.
The work of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan before elections will be built on the following model. I will be visiting the western regions of the country on October 15 and I will watch the process of voting actively. My deputies will watch the elections in the northern and southern regions of the country. The Communist Party of Azerbaijan is analyzing the situation before the presidential elections in details and it intends to take an active part in this process", noted he.
Gurbanov also announced that the session of the Bureau of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan to hear a report on the conduct work and the future plans of the party will be held following presidential elections, on October 26.
