He said it depends on discipline of the parliamentarians. "Today parliament is not like as it was in 1992-1993," he said.

Touching upon the problems concerning the attendance of the parliamentarians and quorum, Abiyev noted that all these problems have been settled.

"We did not hold special meeting for this. There were six-seven parliamentarians with poor attendance and I sat next to them in the sittings of the parliament and showed the attendance list to them, and they took measures," he said.

Abiyev said that most of those parliamentarians are teachers, APA reports.
