"Azerbaijanis deported during Zviad Gamsakhurdia's presidency appealed to Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili and me. These people want to return to their motherland," Azerbaijan-Georgia parliamentary friendship group's member Ganira Pashayeva told the APA.

The parliamentarian said that she will discuss the problem with Georgian vice-speaker Jamal Inashvili during her visit to Georgia.

Ganira Pashayeva also said that Ahiska Turks living in Azerbaijan appealed to her to return to Georgia.
