Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev issued an executive order on dismissal of Sahib Akbarov from the post of the head of the Executive Power of Kalbajar region.
President's press service told the APA Vidadi Maharramov has been appointed in this post. President Aliyev also issued an executive order on appointing Elman Mammadov as Rector of the Ganja State University.
