There is no problem in preparations for by-elections to Milli Majlis, Maurizio Pavesi, the Head of the OSCE Baku Office, told.
"The elections process officially started, while reply to participation of OSCE/ODIHR observers will be received soon," Pavesi stressed. The Head of the Baku Office noted that OSCE would also express its opinion on May 13 elections, Trend reports.
