President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree "On measures related to construction, repair and reconstruction work in settlements (city, village, settlement) in the liberated territories of Aghdam, Fuzuli, Khojavand and Tartar districts, which are part of the Karabakh economic region".
