Deputy Foreign Minister, Special Envoy of President for Nagorno Karabakh negotiatoins Araz Azimov today held a press conference on the conclusions of the meeting held between Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers in London.

As APA reports, firstly Araz Azimov commented on the statements distorting the content of the negotiations. He called the opinions that we had lost Karabakh groundless: "The issue on referendum is also rumor. Such nuances can become the elements of the talks after the discussion of the issue on status. However, the state of Azerbaijan and all the officials participating in the talks regulate their acts in accordance with the Constitution of the country. Anyway, the results will not be against the laws of Azerbaijan".

A.Azimov also stated: "Both sides realize that it is high time to solve the conflict. However, there is no improvement yet. Azerbaijani side insists on its position. It proposes in all talks putting an end to the military aggression and sending the local people to their native lands. A model should be to be discussed for that".

A.Azimov also added that, the positions of the sides were not close. He stressed the importance of eliminating diversity of views for that: "Otherwise, Azerbaijanis can face danger by living there".

Deputy Foreign Minister also commented the OSCE High-Level Planning Group's visit to Nagorno Karabakh. He said of this visit to be accepted normally: "They visited Karabakh aimed at familiarizing with the condition. As a military body, it is natural that they are interested in the condition there. It is important for future activity".
