Secretary of State at the French Foreign Ministry, Jean-Baptiste Lemoine has paid a visit to Azerbaijan's capital Baku, Trend reports on Jan.26.

During the visit, Lemoine met with representatives of the business and education sectors.

Other meetings are also planned.
