Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov has today met European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus Herbert Salber to discuss how to develop the strategic partnership ties.

They discussed the settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

The Azerbaijani top diplomat briefed the EU Special Representative about the ongoing negotiations to solve the dispute.
