Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Serbia to attend the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council meeting due in Belgrade on December 3-4.

Mammadyarov will address the meeting, and hold bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the event.
